Essential

The same 20 mil wear layer as the rest of the range, on a 6.5 mm board. The one to choose when a single floor runs through the whole house.

Essential carries the same 20 mil wear layer as Reserve and Heritage on a thinner 6.5 mm board. The surface wears the same way. What you give up is build height, and a little of the solidity underfoot that comes with it. Across a large floor area that is often the right trade, and the finish, the locking system and the warranty are unchanged.

Suggested retail per square foot. Contractors and dealers set their own pricing, so what you are quoted may be less than this.
